Who we are
Mission
OtterSync’s mission is simple:
Validate the future. Grow and maintain the blockchain communities we serve by providing best-in-class validator services.
We do that by placing an emphasis on blockchain security. Our team lead and head cybersecurity specialist ranks among the most experienced in the industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge from the cybersecurity field to each of the layer 1 blockchains we validate for.
OtterSync also dedicates time to building and supporting our Layer 1 communities. That means you’ll find us on discord, actively engaging with newcomers, developers, DAO participants, and fellow validators. We are here to help usher in mass adoption and build a successful future, together.
Vision
OtterSync's vision is mass adoption of blockchain technology as the foundation for Web3 implementation. We believe that education will be the key to achieving that vision.
Education is one of the areas where we are most passionate, which is why we will be publishing our research, analysis, and thoughts on various projects. We will also be
providing information to help newcomers get acquainted with the Cosmos ecosystem.

What we offer
REstake
OtterSync offers the option to auto-compound your staking rewards all of our REStake enabled chains. A REStake logo next to network logo below indicates that chain's developers hav enabled REStake capability. Click on the REStake logo and follow the steps on the REStake page to enable auto-compounding.
Persistence
OtterSync utilizes the "Horcrux" distributed signer architecture, giving our delegators peace of mind knowing they are staking in what we believe is the flagship for high availability. Horcrux is more costly to run as it distributes the signer across multiple servers, but we believe it’s worth it for the community and for the network as it protects against individual network or power interruptions.
Professional
We are growing our validator set carefully and methodically. Our team of analysts looks for opportunities that match our passion and expertise with that of an active, growing community with a goal of improving the world we live in through proven utility from these up and coming projects. The march towards Web3 continues, and we are excited to build that infrastructure with our community.
